Female masters student looking for a double room

Hi my name is Hannah, I am 22 (soon to be 23). I am looking for a double room or a small flat. I am available to move from 01/08/2026 and have a budget of £1300 pcm. I would be looking to stay from August 2026 to September 2027 (13 months). I would prefer with females.

I will be starting my masters at Edinburgh uni in September. The masters is in plant science/ botany.
I am friendly and and won't make any loud noise. I am particularly clean and tidy. I am moving from the South Coast of England, so I wouldn't be able to book a prior viewing of the property and would request a walking video of the room and communal areas.
I tend to sleep early (9-10pm) and wake up early. I don't drink and I don't smoke either.

Extra info: my hobbies include painting my nails, crochet, reading, going to the gym, but mostly relaxing/ watching youtube.

I am LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly and get along with pets. I have a lovely rescue cat called Lucy, but it is fine for her to stay with my parents back home if your property is pet free.
