Student seeks affordable a single or double room

I'm Ben, a University student at UCA, currently studying Fashion Atelier — a course that lets me really dive into garment construction and craftsmanship, mixing creativity with hands-on skill. Outside my studies, people usually describe me as fun, easygoing, and full of ideas — I like bringing a bit of energy and colour into any space I'm part of.

I love the balance between city life and quieter moments — a good conversation, a shared laugh, some time out in the garden, or catching up on the news over a cup of tea. I'm friendly and considerate by nature, and I genuinely enjoy being around people and getting to know them — I tend to settle in quickly and get along with almost anyone.

Right now, I'm looking for a welcoming home where I can continue my studies, be a good, positive presence, and build an easy, comfortable living arrangement with the people around me.
