Professional seeking room NW11+ £850 pcm

Hi! I’m a professional musician aged 26 looking for a room in Willesden, Cricklewood, West Hampstead or Golders Green. My budget is up to £700 including bills. Looking to move asap or by early August at the latest. I am looking to live in a quiet household of respectful and tidy professionals of a similar age (23-30).

A bit about me at home:

I am a cellist and would need to spend some days at home practising quietly with a specialised mute designed for hotel rooms.

Other than that I consider myself quiet and respectful of others. I enjoy cooking for myself and my girlfriend. I am happy to socialise and have a chat when I’m about but I am usually not talkative if I’m already busy or it’s late in the day.

I have a very mixed schedule of being at home and out all day until late for teaching and gigs, including weekends. I will also be away travelling for work sometimes.

I can provide excellent references, UK-based guarantor and bank statements for proof of timely rent payment.
