Professional woman looking for a lovely home

Hi! I'm Anita, a 45 year old professional who has lived in London for many years. I'm starting a new senior management role in hospitality in Central/East London and I'm looking for a lovely place to call home.
I'm friendly, positive, clean and respectful, and I have my own independent life. I enjoy healthy living, cooking, yoga, walking, exploring London and having a peaceful home to come back to after work.
I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat or a coffee, but I'm definitely not looking for a party house. I'm ideally looking for a bright, comfortable room in a clean and well-looked-after home, preferably sharing with just one or two other people. I'd especially love to live somewhere with a nice neighbourhood feel, cafés, parks or somewhere pleasant to walk nearby are a big plus.
I'm currently looking around areas with a straightforward commute to Spitalfields/Central London, but I'm flexible on location for the right home.

Budget: ideally around £800–£1,000 per month including bills
