Self-Contained Sanctuary (Studio/Annexe/Top Floor)

Quiet, self-contained sanctuary.

Hello. I'm looking for a long-term rental, ideally a studio, annexe, or self-contained top floor - with a simple Lodger's or Tenants Agreement. No HMOs, thank you. I'm extremely house-proud, quiet, and I have a written reference from a previous landlord to show. I'm a very open person and strongly believe in transparency. Totally trustworthy and respectful of others' property and privacy. I enjoy walking, coffee, sea air, and architecture. I am a non-smoker with no pets. I was widowed 20 months ago but do have grown-up family for support.
