UoE Postgrad looking for room

I'm an UK/Irish national and student returning to Edinburgh for a Master's degree. Seeking a quiet room or 1BR flat for the year (until end of August '27). Desk required.

I'm a considerate, tidy person. My main focus is my studies, which means I maintain a quiet, organised, and respectful living routine.

I'm accustomed to shared student accommodation, and I've lived in Edinburgh before. I'd be happy to introduce a new person to the city and my friends.

Flat desired within walking or short commuting distance to University of Edinburgh central (near the Central Area/George Square, Newington, Marchmont, Bruntsfield, or Tollcross).

I have some flexibility with move-in dates but would like to be in Edinburgh over the summer months.
I have a UK guarantor available.
