I'm an UK/Irish national and student returning to Edinburgh for a Master's degree. Seeking a quiet room or 1BR flat for the year (until end of August '27). Desk required.

I'm a considerate, tidy person. My main focus is my studies, which means I maintain a quiet, organised, and respectful living routine.

I'm used to shared student accommodation, and I've lived in Edinburgh before. I'd be happy to introduce new people to the city and my friends.

Flat desired within walking or short commuting distance to University of Edinburgh central (near the Central Area/George Square, Newington, Marchmont, Bruntsfield, or Tollcross).

I have some flexibility with move-in dates.

I have a UK guarantor available.
