Looking for a long term let!

I'm a self employed creative, looking to get back into theatre and TV.
looking for a long term home that accepts DSS, I don't mind having a smaller room! If there's a bed there's an advantage, I don't have any furniture, but I'm happy to buy a new one for the house if necessary. I'm peace loving, easy going, quiet and polite, like to sing sometimes, paint, teach myself guitar, fire performance, photography! Looking in Brighton or surrounding areas. Its essential that the home is peaceful, parties are fine with me just not every week/weekend. Budget is including bills. I am subletting a friends place in Berlin in August to get some space to myself, i will be free for viewings from the 2nd September roughly, Thank you!
