Search for room in central Edinburgh

I'm looking for a furnished double room. An en-suite is preferred, but sharing a bathroom is okay. I am searching for a quiet place, preferably with a spacious kitchen due to my cooking interest. A view of greenery or a garden is desirable, and it'd be great if bills are at least partially included. I ideally want professional flatmates.

I am a young professional who enjoys socialising and value order and cleanliness. As a busy physics researcher, I've lived in several countries and speak multiple languages. I travel a lot and look therefore for a good public transport connection. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading and outdoor activities.
