Room Wanted in Brighton (June/July Move-In)

I'm Ruizhe and I'm looking for my next place in Brighton from June/July.

About me

I recently graduated with a master's degree. I enjoy cooking and appreciate a friendly atmosphere at home. I tend to keep a busy schedule, so I'm often out and about, but I also enjoy getting to know the people I live with. I occasionally get home quite late due to commitments, but I'm always considerate when coming in.

I have savings and references available.

What I'm looking for

• A tenancy agreement rather than a lodger arrangement.
• Easy access to central Brighton and the seafront.
• Bills included preferred, or a clear breakdown of costs.
• LGBTQ+ friendly household preferred if sharing.

Budget

My budget is flexible, approximately £700–£1000 per month depending on location and what's included. I'm particularly interested in en-suite rooms or studios, but I'm also open to a suitable room in a shared house.
