Hey, I’m Anish, 23, work in tech sales near Aldgate. Looking to move flats and would love somewhere social — keen to meet new people.

Main criteria for me is the age range, ideally flatmates who are similar ages. Budget’s £1100 including bills, and I need to sort something quickly.

Pretty flexible on the room — would prefer a double bed but not essential. Doesn’t need to be huge, just comfortable with enough space to work from home when needed.

As for hobbies, I play padel and tennis, and love watching or playing pretty much any sport. I’m always up for spontaneous stuff — pub for a drink, comedy nights, random side quests, whatever’s going. Also just always down for a chat generally.

As a housemate I’m chill, clean and respectful, and I’d love to live with people who are into similar things — pints, comedy nights, socialising, random plans.
