Looking for a quiet place

Dear prospective landlord/lady,

I work as a site assistant at St James School at Pokesdown Hill and they are very happy with me. I have never missed a day working with them now at the end of my second year as we pause for the summer holidays

I am looking for a room to rent in the BH1 or BH8 area that is within walking distance of the Bournemouth Central train Station, or any place not more than around 20 minutes’ walk away from the station.

I'm in London most Saturdays because of my voluntary work there. I am the London Natural History Society Botany section secretary, and we also have a library at the London Natural History Museum there (see LNHS website in the who we are section) where I am also the secretary.

In Bournemouth, I am also out of the house a lot as after work I mostly go to the central library to do a diploma course in criminology and psychology with the Open University. I am doing very well in the course. I also do voluntary work for the Bournemouth Natural Science Society I am a member of, at our museum and online.

I don't smoke or drink and do a little bit of yoga and weightlifting regularly whilst being very physically active—I'm 56 years old and need the workouts. I am very quiet and greatly value a private life above all else.
