SWE looking to buddy up in London

Hi, I'm Josh, 24, a software engineer looking to move in June if possible. I'm mainly looking for a double room, but I'm also very up for buddying up to get a good 3 or 4 bed house together.

I'm after a clean, sociable house with people around a similar age. Ideal vibe would be pubs, cooking, films, running or sporty stuff, and generally making the place feel like a proper home. I work from home quite often, so I'm tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

Location-wise I'm open if the area is nice and well connected: Bermondsey or SE1, Oval, Clapham, Brixton, Hackney, London Fields, Angel, Islington, Bow, Mile End, Whitechapel, Peckham, Nunhead etc. Budget is around 1000 to 1100 for the right place.
