Looking to stay in a small flat

Hi there,
I’m a 20-year-old student going into my second year studying Mathematics at the University of Glasgow, and I’m looking for a room in Glasgow’s West End from around September 2026, ideally for approximately 8-9 months.

I’m tidy, respectful and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a flat that feels comfortable and well looked after. I’m quite sociable and enjoy meeting friends and having an occasional drink, but with my course becoming more demanding this year I’ll also be spending plenty of time studying and will appreciate having a relaxed home environment.

Outside university, I’m very active and regularly play waterpolo and football. I’m a non-smoker and I’m always considerate when it comes to shared spaces and keeping things clean.

I’ve previously rented privately and can provide references from both a previous landlord and my employer if required. I also help look after my family’s Airbnb flat, so I’m very conscious of treating property with respect and consideration.

I’m mainly looking around Partick, Hillhead, Hyndland, Kelvinside, Broomhill and the surrounding West End, ideally within easy reach of the University of Glasgow.
