Looking for a Room / Flatmates / A New Home ✨

I’m Tiyasha, 27, and I’m looking for a room to move into between 1st–5th July. If you have a room available, are looking for a flatmate, want to buddy up for a search, or already have a place in mind and need someone to join the tenancy, I’d love to hear from you.

A little bit about me:

I recently completed my MSc in Marketing and currently work full-time in retail. Outside of work, I’m usually hunting down a new café, bakery, museum, comedy show, food market, bookshop, or am on a random side quest. My Google Maps is basically a collection of places I keep promising myself I’ll visit.

I’m very tidy (the kind of person who cleans while waiting for the kettle to boil), respectful of shared spaces, easy-going, and quite social. I love getting to know the people I live with, but I’m equally respectful of everyone’s need for downtime and personal space.

I’m creative, outgoing, LGBTQ+ friendly, dog-obsessed, always up for trying something new, and can always be convinced to join any plan involving food, coffee, dogs, or a spontaneous day trip.

Location-wise, I’m mainly looking around White City, Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, Fulham, Acton, Brook Green, West Kensington, Barons Court, Ealing and nearby areas, as I work in White City and would love an easy commute.

Budget is up to £1,000 per month, but I can be flexible for the right place. I’m ideally looking for something long-term and would love to find somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room.
