Professional looking for a friendly house share

Banking professional from Cardiff looking for a house share in Greater Manchester with a budget of up to £800pcm including bills.

I'm planning to spend the next year exploring Manchester and would love to find a friendly, relaxed house with like-minded people.

I'm clean, tidy and considerate, and I always try to be the kind of housemate I'd like to live with. Normally, I'm out of the house on Tuesdays and Thursdays at work with the rest of the week working from home. Outside of work I'm usually at CrossFit, out running, swimming or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

I enjoy having a chat and getting to know the people I live with, but I also respect everyone's space and appreciate a quiet home.
