Professional Female seeks 3 bed flat with friends

Hello future landlord! 👋

We’re three working professionals in our 20s looking for our next home in London.

We currently live in North West London but are excited to explore a new area. Our budget is around £2,400–£2,700 pcm(the lower end is always a bonus! 😉).

Our wish list is pretty simple:
🏡 3 bedrooms (because as much as we like each other, we also appreciate having our own space!)
🍝 A good-sized kitchen and dining area, as we all love cooking and hosting the occasional dinner together.
🛋️ A cosy living space for movie nights and binge-watching our latest TV obsession.
🌿 Some outdoor space —whether that's a garden, balcony or roof terrace—as that's the one thing our current flat is missing.

Location-wise, good transport links are key. I work in Central while my housemates commute into Vauxhall/Nine Elms and West London, so somewhere well connected to all of those would be ideal.

A little about us:
✨ 2 of us work full-time, and the third works part-time but will soon be moving into a full-time role.
✨ We can provide landlord and employment references.
✨ We're looking for a furnished or part-furnished property—we'd love somewhere we can make our own with a few personal touches.

In terms of timing, we're starting our search now, with the hope of moving in around October or November. We'll be giving our current landlord the required notice once we've secured our next home, so we're happy to be flexible on dates.
