2 month rental needed October to mid December.

Hello, I’m Sarah — Scottish/Canadian and looking for a comfortable, quiet place to rent from October 8th through to mid-December.

I’m looking for a large double room with an en-suite or private bathroom, or I’d also be interested in renting a flat or house on my own if you’re going away during this period.

What I’m looking for:

* A proper double or queen-sized bed, suitable for an adult
* A comfortable, good-quality mattress and supportive bed frame — I’m looking for a genuinely comfortable bed, rather than a basic/temporary setup
* Private bathroom or en-suite
* Bathtub
* Clean, quiet and uncluttered home
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Reliable hot water and heating
* A peaceful environment suitable for working occasionally from my laptop

Bonuses: outdoor space, garden or access to somewhere to sit outside.

I’m a creative director and work from my laptop at times, alongside visiting family in Scotland. I’m non-smoking, clean, tidy, quiet, athletic and health-conscious, and I don’t do heavy cooking or create strong food smells.

I’m also very respectful of other people’s homes and take care of rentals as if they were my own. If you’re away, I’m happy to water plants, bring in mail and keep an eye on things. I’m not available for pet-sitting, although I’d be very happy to feed a cat if I’m already staying there.
