Short Term Let in London (with Pet Cat)

Hello! I'm a writer and actor, looking for an short-term stay (09-31 July), while I launch a few creative projects here. Originally, I'd found a place for June-July, but my current landlady asked if I'd be willing to leave early for a more long-term tenant coming in.

I have a friendly, six-year-old cat coming with me. She is indoor only, very well-behaved. She is very tidy with her litter box, scratching pad, and feeding habits. My previous flatmates and landladies have loved having her in the home.

Here's a little about me: My nationality is Canadian-American. I like to live in a peaceful, tidy atmosphere. I enjoy being sociable, having deep conversations, and meeting new people. I also prioritize time and space for my writing and other creative projects, which I do primarily at home.

I like going on walks, thrifting, reading, making jewelry, and sightseeing places I haven't been to before.

I don't drink alcohol, but don't mind responsible drinking in the house. I don't smoke and am looking for a non-smoking flat. I'm very respectful of everyone's living space and like to communicate living preferences, etc. so everyone's comfortable. If you'd like to chat further about housing, let me know!
