33F, finance bro & part time comedian (no really)

Looking for any decent place EN-SUITE and shared living room ideally, with good transport to EC2Y (within 40 minutes maximum) .

I am looking for a double room and I'm available to move from July/August and have a budget of £1000 plus bills of £100 max. I would consider moving in earlier if the right property pops up.

I would like to share with like-minded individuals, probably women or non-binary, ideally between 25 and 40 years old but not fussed about gender or age as long as they are clean and chill. I’d love to be friends but without forcing each others hand or personal spaces of course. I am very easy to get on with and in the purest of ways always a girls’ girl.

On top of working in finance, I love relaxing at home when I have the time as I live a pretty busy lifestyle of performing and writing stand up comedy. The hobbies I get time (or have the ability to) do least of are art + crafts, reading and playing some sports. One of my goals to move to London was to increase them so hopefully I’ll get to do that slowly! I also love going to festivals and gigs, and often fly out to cities in Europe for them so when I am at home I like to balance things out with a night in watching TV or catching up on podcasts or having a yap with friends.
