Short Term Let In Brighton

I’m a Mechanical Engineer working remotely and will be in Brighton from December 10th to February14th. I'm there to visit my best mate for that period, I’d really appreciate hearing from people that have the possibility of the short-term let. Looking for a singe room or double that might have a desk for Home Office. Wifi is a must but my work is basic email and zoom calls nothing that will take up to much bandwidth and would love having a washing machine a well.

I am a very easy person, tend to due my own things at home, cooking, watching tv, music, and going for a run and gym.

I am easy going and love to make new friends and open to new people all the time.
