Looking for accommodation in Wiltshire, Somerset can be , self contained, share, static caravan " of good standard " sheapeards hut or even bow top for long term occupancy . In the case of a room , I would also ask its clean , reasonable equipped oven ,washing machine, tumble dryer for winter use if necessary, no damp and no chaos please I value peace
In the case of a staic or more alternative accmodation a wash house will suffice for a static though in the case of Sheapesrds hut , bow top " vardo" a wood burner a water source is only expected.
In return your rent will paid promptly but weekly and large deposits arent attractive .
Please note I work away a lot so the potential contract is essentially money for nothing and cash can be paid
