Calm, tidy professional looking for a peaceful hom

Hello! I’m a doctor with a Master’s from the University of Warwick, currently preparing to register as a doctor in the UK. I’m looking for a calm, clean, and friendly home — ideally with a live-in landlord or a small female household (4 bedrooms max, the fewer the better).

I value privacy, peace, and cleanliness and would love to live with like-minded, calm, and tidy housemates who enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment. I really appreciate good sound insulation — somewhere where I won’t hear neighbours and where we can all enjoy our own quiet space without disturbing each other.

I’m friendly and sociable when at home — I enjoy the gym, walks, reading, watching movies and series, and I love pets, so I’m perfectly happy with animals in the house. i also enjoy out doors activities (have various intrests)

Ideally, I’d love a double room with good storage, and an ensuite would be a lovely bonus. My budget is around £500 pcm, but I’m happy to pay a little more for the right place. I’m looking to move after New Year, and would prefer an initial 3-month stay leading to a rolling contract.

I’m most interested in Earlsdon or other safe, clean areas with good bus connections to Warwick University, Coventry city centre and local supermarkets.
