Hi Future Flatties or Landlord! ☺️

We're Ava (Kiwi 🇳🇿), Emily (Aussie 🇦🇺), and Vlad (English/Ukrainian 🇬🇧🇺🇦).

We're looking for our next place to call home because our friend Emily and I have decided we'd love to live together! We absolutely love our current home, but it's time for a new chapter where the three of us can share a flat.

We're looking for two rooms in a shared flat, one single room and one double/master room. We'd also happily consider a 2-bedroom flat if it's the right fit and within budget.

A little about us... we're incredibly easy-going, respectful, and genuinely tidy. And when we say tidy, we mean superrrrrr tidy (Ava genuinely can't sleep if her space is messy 😂). We all take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and looking after the place we live in, so you can count on us to be responsible, considerate tenants. We're all non-smokers, have no pets, and treat every home as if it were our own.

Outside of work, you'll usually find us at the gym, doing Pilates, out on a long walk, or settling in for a movie night. We're big fans of, The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and pretty much anything that makes for a cosy evening in. We also enjoy the occasional cheeky pint at the pub, but we're definitely more of a relaxed, low-key bunch than party animals.

We're relatively new to London, so while we're generally a quiet household, we'd love to make a few friends along the way. We're always happy to have a chat over a coffee or a pint, but we're equally respectful of everyone's personal space and downtime.

One of the fun things about us is that we're a pretty diverse little group, with a Kiwi, an Aussie, and an English/Ukrainian all under one roof, there's never a shortage of stories, travel recommendations, or good banter!
