Friendly, English, 42 and Looking in Croydon area

Hi, my name's Rich. Me and my lovely tabby cat are looking for a new home in the South East London area (Croydon, Lambeth and Lewisham). I'm 42 and have been told I'm a very polite, kind and considerate house/flatmate.

Im into music, movies, books, walking and football and all sorts of things that probably haven't occurred to me here. I'm trying to teach myself to draw and regularly go to life drawing sessions locally. For full disclosure I'm a universal credit recipient but can provide a guarantor if necessary.
