25 year old economist looking for a house from Aug
I’m Robert. I’m 25 and work as an economist for the Government in Westminster. I’m looking for a room from the start of August as I’m moving out of my current place.
I usually go into the office five days a week, although I can work from home when needed.
I’m into the gym and love rugby and American football, although I haven’t played either since moving to London in December last year.
I know everyone on SpareRoom says this, but I’m genuinely clean in communal areas and don’t leave mess for other people to deal with.
I’m looking for a house in South West London, particularly around Clapham Junction or Battersea.
Budget is ideally around £1,000–£1,200 including bills, depending on the room and location.
