Seeking double room or self-contained apartment

I'm an author/illustrator seeking peaceful accommodation with reliable broadband, use of a washing machine and parking space for my car within reasonable distance.

I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others' property.

Ideally, I'm looking for:
- a self-contained studio/apartment with its own entrance and washing machine, or
- a double room in a quiet household, preferably sharing just with one live-in landlord

I am not looking for a multi-room house share.
