Professional Male Seeking Ensuite Room

Hi,
I am looking for a comfortable double room with ensuite (or shared bathroom) and parking in Braintree, Dunmow, Felsted, or the surrounding areas.
I work full-time as a commissioning specialist on-site locally, and my placement is confirmed until at least January. My current shift pattern is rotating (5 days, 5 nights, 5 off, then repeat), which means I am very quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and out of your hair during my working blocks.
I am clean, reliable, tidy, and can provide full references and proof of income. I have great previous flatmate/lodger feedback available upon request.
