My house preference are:

Nice Flat with a level or House pref.
A double room with an ensuite.
Cb1 cental cambridge or near by.
Closer to Mill rd/cafes etc.

Love the occasional live jazz nights or live music, but most of the time I'm happy with eating in and a series.
