Room wanted after mid May

I am a working professional looking for a room outside Birmingham city center from end of May. I am a peaceful, quiet, tidy individual. I do not smoke and like to keep things clean and relaxed at home — perfect for someone who values a calm living space.
Outside of work, I’m a motorsports fan and enjoy spending time outdoors — hiking, running, and exploring new places whenever I can.
I’m ideally looking for a comfortable room with easy access to the city centre and transport links. I prefers flats but am open to both flat shares and house shares with like-minded, respectful housemates.
