Long term room wanted!

Hi…I’m Sadil.

I’m a 22 year old professional currently based in Greater Manchester and looking to move to Manchester Central to be closer to work and for long term stability. Even though I’m young, I’ve been renting and living independently for 4 years, so I’m very used to managing rent, bills and keeping a home clean, calm and organised.

• I’m quiet, respectful and easy to live with
• I keep shared spaces clean and tidy
• I don’t smoke or drink and I’m not a party person
• I work full time and spend most of my time studying, working or on a mountain!!
• I’m friendly but also very independent, I won’t be in anyone’s way
• I can provide a guarantor and references if needed

I’m looking for:
• A peaceful, clean household
• Long term stay
• Housemates who are respectful and easygoing
• A place I can genuinely call home
