Long term room wanted!

Hi…I’m Sadil.

I’m a 22 year old professional currently based in Manchester and looking to move to Edinburgh for a fresh start and long term stability. Even though I’m young, I’ve been renting and living independently for 4 years, so I’m very used to managing rent, bills and keeping a home clean, calm and organised.

A little about me:
• I’m quiet, respectful and easy to live with
• I keep shared spaces clean and tidy
• I don’t smoke or drink and I’m not a party person
• I work full time and spend most of my time studying, working or on a mountain!!
• I’m friendly but also very independent, I won’t be in anyone’s way
• I can provide a guarantor and references if needed

I’m looking for:
• A peaceful, clean household
• Long term stay
• Housemates who are respectful and easygoing
• A place I can genuinely call home
