I am an academic at the University of Edinburgh seeking a flat to rent from September 2026 to April 2027. While I am open to considering high-quality room rentals, my strong preference is for a self-contained flat.
A little about me: I am professional, quiet, responsible, and respectful of my living environment. I am a non-smoker, do not have pets, and generally prefer a clean, peaceful, and pet-free home. Much of my time is spent teaching, researching, writing, and travelling for academic.
I am looking for well-maintained accommodation with good transport links and would be happy to provide references.
