Hello! My name is Mariia and I am 23 y. o.
At the moment I am working full-time in retail. My work is located near Kings Cross so I'd love to find a room with an easy commute to the area(which shouldn't be hard, right?: D) and ideally within 30mins commute to my workplace.
I am friendly and love meeting new people and chatting. I would love to connect with the flatmates! In my free time I like to play games solo or with my friends, watch movies, draw or sometimes go out for a walk around London. I am not a party person but love to have a cheeky drink or two with a nice company at home.
Ideally, I would like to find a double room with enough storage space and also room for a desk as I've got a PC. I also have my own desk, chair and a small shelving unit so I'm happy with half-furnished rooms:)
I would prefer a flat with 4 rooms and, ideally, 2 bathrooms. I don't mind about living room or balcony but having it would be a great plus. The price is 1000 pcm or, ideally, lower and ONLY ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
I would prefer living with women or in a mixed household but with a female majority. The age doesn't really matter. I would like to live with people who understand that shared spaces should be kept clean after themseves but that sometimes it's alright to leave a plate or two near the sink if you're going to clean it after work. I want people who communicate their issues and problems with the flat or flatmates clearly and calmly, without drama. Also if you have a cat, that's a big plus because I really love cats :D
