Looking for self contained annexe/houseshare

Looking to move asap to pretty much any coastal part of Cornwall (although I am flexible). Ideally I'm interested in a small apartment or self contained annexe, failing that a room with an en suite would be great.
Either a houseshare, somebody who'd like to partner up to search for a place, or if you happen to have a spare room or annexe lying around that you'd consider offering me that would be fantastic

I've spent the past year caring for a family member but intend to go back into full-time employment asap.
My budget is somewhere around £600, looking for long term rent. I've rented before so I can provide references from a previous landlord or employer, and I do have a guarantor if needed.
