Hi! I'm Chloe from South Korea.

I'm currently studying at INTO Manchester and I'm looking for a room in a flatshare close to my campus, ideally around the Oxford Road (M1) area or Manchester City Centre

I'm hoping to find friendly and easygoing housemates. It would be great if we could occasionally grab a coffee, go shopping, or just hang out together. I do have a slight preference for female housemates, but I'm happy to live with anyone who is respectful, considerate, and easy to get along with.

If we'll be sharing a bathroom or living room, I'd really appreciate housemates who keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I'd love to live in a home where everyone respects each other's space while creating a friendly and comfortable atmosphere.

My budget is around **£500–£700 per month**. I'm planning to arrive in the UK on **14 August** and I'm looking for a room from that date onwards. I'm happy to move in immediately on **14 August** if the room is available. Since my arrival is only about a month away, I'm hoping to find a place as soon as possible.
