Flatmate to ‘buddy up’ in new 2 bed flat wanted!

Hi all!

I am currently looking for 1 new flatmate (buddy up) to find a 2 bed flat in London together (currently living alone). Would prefer to stay in South London, but would be open to west if its within budget and East if the flat and location makes sense commute and amenities wise. Flat preference is that the flat is within walking distance to a tube station and be modern spec. with a balcony or garden. I have a 3yr old girl CAT too (last pic), so must be okay with this. She’s sweet, fun and shy.

Would like to move sooner rather than later. Looking at long let flats around £2000 p/m. (£1000 pp, £1125 max if it's a great place).

I am a born and bred Londoner who knows her way around the city. I am 28yrs old, half Indian and half Irish ethnically and I am a full time civil servant who works hybrid, between Whitehall and wfh.

I love to try anything and everything at least once! I love a fun activity, cinema, shopping or anything creative including painting canvases. I’m a big foodie so I like to cook and go to nice restaurants a lot too! I am a balanced ambivert, I like to be social but also like my own space and time to recharge too. I’m a respectful and honest person who is looking for the same in return. I am also a big arsenal fan and like to go to games when I can! Would love to make a homely environment and be friends where we can enjoy alone time or time together too.
