Friendly working professional seeking a large room in London (Zones 1/2/3, single occupancy, long-term)

Hi! I'm Htut, 27, a working professional in hospice administration, and a young entrepreneur in tech and education start-ups. I'm currently in Brighton and moving back into London to be closer to work — looking for somewhere I can settle and truly call home.

I'm after a double room for single occupancy in Zones 1, 2 or 3, ideally close to good public transport links. My budget is up to £800–850/month (open to rooms with or without bills included).

Move-in: mid-September (around the 10th–20th).

A bit about me as a housemate: I'm clean, tidy and considerate, I take good care of shared spaces, and I'm sociable and easy to get along with — the kind of person who's happy to share a meal and a chat, but equally respects everyone's space. I love pets (don't have any though), and a pet-friendly home would be a big plus for me.

Outside of work I'm a bit of a tech person (always finding digital solutions for any inconvenience I face in life — not recommended), a big football and Formula 1 fan, and I love a good movie. If you're into catching a match, a race weekend or a film night, that's even better. After a while renting near the coast, I'm really looking forward to putting down roots in London and finding a household where people genuinely get on.

I like going out, but if I stay in, I really stay in. So a nice cozy room with a positive vibe in a good neighbourhood is really important to me.
