Professional | Ensuite in Glasgow / ML1

Hi everyone,

I am a 31-year-old corporate finance professional relocating from Aberdeen to start a permanent on-site role at Maxim Eurocentral (ML1).

I am looking for a furnished double room with a private ensuite (or sole-use bathroom) in a clean, quiet professional flatshare. I am also open to buddying up with another professional for a modern 2-bed/2-bath flat.

About me:
• Clean, respectful, and very tidy in communal spaces.
• Non-smoker, no pets, and quiet during work weeks.
• Outside of work, I am into racket sports (tennis, badminton, pickleball) and fitness.
• Full-time permanent contract, employer references, ID, and deposit/rent ready for immediate transfer.

What I'm looking for:
• Furnished double room with private ensuite or sole-use bathroom.
• Target areas: Motherwell (ML1), Bellshill (ML4), or Glasgow City Centre / Merchant City (G1/G2) near Buchanan Bus Station.
• Budget: £650 – £850 / month (bills included preferred).
• Move-in: Mid-to-late September (flexible).

If you have a suitable room or want to buddy up on a 2-bed/2-bath lease, feel free to drop me a message!
