**Working pro seeking tidy flatshare**

Hi there,

I am a 31-year-old working professional relocating for a hybrid role (office based at Maxim Park / Eurocentral). I am looking for a room in an existing flatshare or open to buddying up with other professionals to rent a flat together.

About me:

Work in financial services (hybrid schedule, split between office and home).

Clean, considerate, and easygoing. I respect shared spaces and always keep communal areas tidy.

Outside of work, I am heavily into fitness and racket sports (pickleball, tennis, gym, badminton) and training for upcoming competitions, so my time outside work is generally spent active or relaxing quietly at home.

Non-smoker, no pets.

What I’m looking for:

A furnished double or single room with reliable Wi-Fi, OR flatmates to buddy up for a clean 2–3 bed property.

Target locations: North-West Glasgow (Scotstoun, Partick, Thornwood, Yoker) or North Lanarkshire (Motherwell, Bellshill, Carfin) with solid transport links.

Budget: Around £450–£550/month.
