Doctor - 6 month stay extendible to a year

Hey there, good day!

I'm moving to Basildon for a 6 month gig with the NHS which can possibly be extended to 1 year at Basildon Hospital and need a place to stay. Preferably close to the hospital or the station.

Id prefer being with people who like to socialize and I'm okay with pets and smoking within reasonable limits of course.

If there's a shared kitchen I would love to cook and share groceries.

I keep clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and would be glad if my flatmates are also social and outgoing. Bonus points if you are down to go on runs or gym together.

Looking for people to stay with, non sharing okay as long as I'm allowed to host colleagues once in a while.
