I’m a quiet, clean and respectful professional looking for a calm home environment with like-minded housemates. Ideally somewhere peaceful where everyone values privacy and consideration for others.

I have an excellent rental history with over 20 years of references and have never missed or paid rent late. I take good care of the property I live in and keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

I work independently as a freelance journalist/writer and mainly keep to myself. I don’t drink and live a quiet lifestyle focused on work and wellbeing.

I’m looking for a furnished double room (bed + desk space ideal) with the intention of staying longer-term.
