I am self-employed, and study part-time. Prefer living with non-smokers. Access to a garden is plus, but not necessary if the location is close to a park.
I'm easy-going, no drama or untidiness. I would love to live with interesting people I can talk to, but not even that is a must if co-living is well known concept to use all.
