Room needed for an easy going immaculate Tennant

My name's Mark , I'm 43 and I'm looking to relocate back to Leicester . My budget is around £400 p/m , possibly more for the perfect place .
I've worked in dog rescue and rehabilitation for my entire career although I'm not currently in employment , i do have a gurantor who owns his own investments company,
. . I've lived in hmo's and shared houses for over 10 years now and would consider myself well practiced at the art of being an immaculate tennant whilst also being very easy going at the same time. I am super tidy by nature, and also very considerate in the way I live . I'm essentially a really placid and amicable person looking for a reasonably decent room to make home within Leicestershire again . :) ...
