I'm 37. moved from Colorado, US, to London a Master’s student at LSBU going into my second semester of my first year, along with my doodle girl 🐶🐶

I’m either looking for a spare room or someone to buddy up with for a place together. I’m open to 1 person preferably, and could be good with up to 2 other people.

The practical stuff:
•Budget: £1,000–1,350/month (flexible up to $1,500 for outdoor space or pet-friendly new builds)
•Areas: Camden, Chalk Farm, Primrose Hill, Notting Hill, Battersea, Bermondsey, Elephant & Castle, Chiswick, Southwark — anywhere with green space nearby and reasonable Elephant & Castle access
•Garden or patio is a big yes; natural light over dungeon vibes but lots of natural light would also be alright
•Move-in: mid-June to early July (could be somewhat flexible)

About me:
• I’m pretty homebody and chill since I have a dog, but I enjoy getting out and exploring when I can.
• Evenings are for paint by numbers, other crafty things, music, TV, and occasionally losing three hours to a video game.
• I enjoy Pilates/meditation, like tarot/ astrology too.
• I’m tidy, I respect shared space, and I won’t eat your food.
• Open to a cleaner as well.
• I’ll at uni three days a week and may have part-time work, so I’m in and out.
• I make bomb tacos and guacamole, and can bake.
• I do have some of the basic kitchenwares and such, and a small couch too ☺️

The quiet flatmate, Lexi:
She’s my older dog. Gentle, slow, and absolutely convinced everyone she meets is her best friend. Dog-friendly is non-negotiable; actual dog enthusiasm is a bonus. She’s totally cool to go on walks with you and will listen if you need to rant and blow off steam.
