Looking for a flat share/buddy up

I'm currently working at the University of Manchester. My current flatmate is moving to London to start her Master's, so I'm looking for a new place to live from early September when our current tenancy ends.

My role is hybrid, although I mostly prefer to work in the office. I do occasionally work from home, so I'm looking for a place with a suitable space for this.

I'm a tidy and considerate housemate—I always keep communal areas clean and make sure to wash up after meals. I'm sociable and enjoy chatting with the people I live with, but I'm also mindful of others' space, boundaries, and need for quiet time. Good communication is important to me, and I think it makes shared living much easier for everyone.
