Creative/Queer/Neurodivergent friendly home wanted

Im a makeup artist/video editor/various creative, have been part time editing 'from home' while Ive been away travelling this last year, but planning to go back into working makeup on set again once Ive settled. Freelance but financially stable, have savings, happy to prepay 6 months rent in advance. Can provide guarantor.

Im 36, queer, spiritual, chilled, very clean, tidy up after myself, house proud, caring and sharing, with 10+ years experience living communally. Aware of all the ins and outs of living with others, always respectful of noise levels, and a good communicator.
Always up for wine, films, shared meals and random chats in the kitchen. Fine with parties/noise, as long as Im not the host. Mostly out and about seeing friends, going to gigs etc at weekends, prefer to chill during the week.
Im neurodiversity, disability and mental wellness informed. Pro Palestine, pro trans rights, anti facism/racism/bigotry in any form.

Hobbies/interests: photography, live music, pc gaming, tattoos, DnD, yoga, world travel, self improvement, interior design, psychology, reading, drawing, art in general, and whatever new adhd hobby Ive decided to pick up!

Would love to contribute skills to the house and be involved in the community, be it makeup, hair, skincare, nails, styling, set dressing, costuming, photography, videography, editing, creative collabs, painting/decorating, furniture refurbishing, interior design, and general crafty bits. Also handy with tech(just built my own PC!), actually enjoy cleaning(was a professional cleaner!) and basic household DIY(used to be a homeowner!).

Im prescribed medicinal cannabis which I smoke with an almost scent free vape.
Have a car, knowing where I could park it would be handy.

Looking for a unfurnished double room, up to £850 incl bills. After a long term home, can also be flexible if its short term while I househunt, but do really need at least some sort of contract, even if its informal. Id be happiest in a room that I can paint/decorate, make improvements, and create a nice lived in homely atmosphere.

Currently staying outside of London with family after returning from travelling, can move immediately.
