Creative/Queer/Neurodivergent friendly home wanted

Hi, I’m Delilah 🖤 After a big ol' breakup and putting my mortgage in the bin, Im looking around North London ish to go back to renting again, yayy! 😅

Im a makeup artist/video editor/various creative, working mainly in the adult/glamour industry. Just returned from travelling and not currently in traditional employment, but happy to pre pay 6-12 months rent up front if thats an issue.
Mainly WFH atm, quietly editing, but planning on working out of house more once Ive settled in the area.

Im 36, she/her, pansexual, poly, adhd, witchy spiritual, very clean, super tidy, respectful, and experienced with communal living. Im interested in metal, alt fashion, pc gaming, festivals, interior design, psychology, DnD, yoga, cosplay, reading and world travel. Im friendly, sociable, and up for a party at weekends, but need a lot of battery recharging alone time, and very appreciative of being respectful of noise. Neurodiversity, mental illness and disability informed, good at conflict resolution and general communication.

Id love to contribute to a creative skill share environment, I have experience in all types of makeup, as well as hair, nails, styling, set dressing, crafting, photography, videography, editing, content creation and digital art. Just starting learning tattooing! Use to have my own home that Id painted and decorated myself, handy enough around the house, and love refurbing furniture. Just finished building my own PC, can provide (basic) tech support.

I do have a very calm, sweet black cat whos currently loving life in the countryside with my mum, but Id like to bring her if the place is cat friendly.

I am prescribed medical cannabis which I smoke with an almost scent free vape.

Manifesting my perfect long term home: up to £900 p/m bills included, ideally within a creative community/warehouse with people on my wavelength, where I can be friends with my housemates rather than just co exist! Ideally after a large double room, or a smaller one with some sort of access to communal studio space or storage. Natural light/a window and a bath would be amazing. I have a car so knowing where closest parking is would be handy too. Id love somewhere unfurnished, where I can decorate fully and put work into making a home <3

Saying all that, can also be looking for just a temporary furnished rolling contract/sublet somewhere fun with people on my wavelength for a bit as somewhere to land while I search for somewhere more permanent!

Currently staying with family about 2 hours outside London so gotta plan veiwing timings well, can move immediately but dont have a time limit to find the perfect place, so if you know of something coming up soon, please do keep me in mind! 🖤✨️
