Friendly,Tidy Professional Seeking a positive home

Hello, I’m a professional working for a local authority and I’m looking for a comfortable, well kept home to move into from the beginning to mid August. The areas I am looking to move to are Muswell Hill, Highgate, Crouch End and Finsbury Park.

I am also up to buddying up with someone to rent a full property.

I work full time and partly from home. My role is fairly focused and quiet, so I’m respectful of shared space during the day and keep things organised. I’m clean, conscientious and take pride in looking after shared areas.

Outside of work I’m friendly and sociable and enjoy tennis, ice skating and ballet. I’m considerate of other people’s routines and value a relaxed, respectful household.

I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just a room, ideally with like minded professionals. I’m reliable with rent and happy to provide references.
