26, Buddy up, double en-suite room wanted!

Hi! I’m Bhushan, a working professional moving to Leeds for a full-time role with a global company. I’ll be working mostly from the office during weekdays and occasionally from home.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I value a calm and comfortable living environment and am mindful of shared spaces.

I don’t smoke and generally keep a low-key lifestyle. Outside work, I enjoy fitness, music, and exploring the city.

What I’m looking for:
• A private room in a clean, well-maintained flat or house
• Preferably in a safe, quiet area with good public transport links
• Furnished room with storage and good natural light
• Access to a clean kitchen and bathroom

Must-haves / deal-breakers:
• Clean and respectful household
• Reliable internet
• Friendly, considerate flatmates
