Clean and quiet professional seeking en-suite room

Hi, I’m a young single female looking for an en-suite double room in Gravesend, with a budget of up to £700 per month. I’m hoping to move in by 1st July and I’m looking for somewhere I can stay for at least 3–6 months.
A clean and well-maintained home is very important to me. I’m specifically looking for a house/apartment with a very clean kitchen, living area, and overall environment. A bi-weekly cleaner is non-negotiable, as I want the shared spaces to be kept consistently clean and tidy.
Location-wise, I’m only interested in Gravesend, ideally within a 10–15 minute journey to Gravesend Station.
Please note: I am only looking for an en-suite room/private bathroom arrangement. I’m not interested in sharing a bathroom or toilet, so please only message if the room has its own bathroom.
