Kind gentleman looking for accommodation

About me:
I am a kind, friendly and generous perfect gentlemen who gets on with all people of all ages, who is loved by his many loyal friends. I am both very sociable and very quiet private person who loves music, film, art, computers, creating art and the countryside and architecture. Having mostly lived alone since 2012 I am very domesticated and can cook, clean and iron like a pro. I am very clean and tidy person who likes nice tranquil surroundings and interior spaces.

Professionally I am a highly experienced creative marketing professional who has worked in many blue-chip companies and now currently just works remotely for private clients as freelance
Current Situation:
I was living and renting from 01/04/2019 to 31/08/2024 in Totnes in Devon and then for the past 2 years living in Old Windsor, Berkshire to care for my father who had dementia until he passed on the 15/01/26. I am still in his house, but it is being sold and I wish to move out as quickly as possible to the Dorset Jurassic coast area which I have visited and loved all my life. I will then fully return to full-time work and have clients wanting a high volume of work from me. I will also be inheriting a large amount from my father’s estate when the house is sold.
What I am looking for:
I am looking for a large room very long-term rental big enough for a single bed and my 1.8m long desk for my computer system and chair.
Preferably unfurnished but also still interested in furnished.
Parking a must.
En-Suite would be nice but not essential.
Kitchenette would be nice but not essential.
Outside garden space or balcony needed.
For budget I am completely open depending on the right place with no limit.
Good internet is required however if not I have a personal Starlink system.
For references I can supply my previous landlord’s details for you to call by telephone as she is not a well woman. For the 7 years I rented from her I never missed or was even a second late in paying my rent on time.
I am also fully DBS police checked as recently worked for Heathrow airport with full security airside clearance.
