Post graduate dental student looking for a room

Hi, I’m Sanwal, a 28-year-old postgraduate student studying an MSc in Advanced General Dental Practice at Ulster University in Birmingham. COMD Calmore Circus specifically

I’m looking for a room in a shared flat/house, or a shared room ideally if in Birmingham city centre or nearby areas, with a move-in date from October 2026.

I’m friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy a peaceful home, but I’m also happy to socialise and get along with my flatmates. I’m considerate of shared spaces and value a comfortable living environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy.

I’m open to sharing with male or female flatmates and would be happy to join an existing flatshare or find a place with someone.

**What I’m looking for:**

* Monthly budget: up to £500, depending on the room and bills.
* Preferred location: Birmingham city centre and nearby areas.
* Move-in: October 2026.
* A clean, comfortable and friendly shared home.
