22, Young Professional, Double Room/ Buddy Wanted

Hi! I’m graduating uni this summer and will be moving to Leeds for my graduate job. I’m looking for a friendly, like-minded person to find a modern 2-bed-2-bathroom place with.

I’m someone who loves a balance of staying active and having a relaxing time at home. I regularly go to the gym (specifically for BodyPump and BodyCombat classes) so I’ll be there quite a few times a week. Despite this I’m still quite the homebody, I’m really into anime and Nintendo and I love to cook and try new foods. As I’m new to Leeds it would be nice to have someone to explore the city with occasionally or someone who is up for a games night or Netflix marathon, but if not that’s okay too!

Room & Flat Requirements:

I’m looking to buddy up for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat (or house) ideally with en-suites.

- Must be furnished with modern amenities.
- Location: Ideally within a 30 minute walking commute to the station.
- Budget: Ideally £800 per person including bills (can stretch to £900 for the right place).
- Move In Date: I’m available to move in early summer (June -July) or in September!

Currently looking at Leodis Square but open to other places too!

Must-Haves & Deal Breakers
* Cleanliness: I’d like communal spaces such as the kitchen and living room to remain tidy.
* Respectful: I’m totally fine with friends over, but I’m not looking for a "party house”. Especially as I’ll be working and studying from home occasionally.
* The Vibe: I’m looking for something homely, not just a place to sleep. So if you’re down for some Mario Kart or a board game night, we’ll get along great!
