22, Young Professional looking for a home :>

Hi! I’m graduating uni this summer and will be moving to Leeds for my graduate job.

I’m someone who loves a balance of staying active and having a relaxing time at home. I regularly go to the gym (specifically for BodyPump and BodyCombat classes) so I’ll be there quite a few times a week. Despite this I’m still quite the homebody, I’m really into anime and Nintendo and I love to cook and try new foods. As I’m new to Leeds it would be nice to have someone to explore the city with occasionally or someone who is up for a games night or Netflix marathon, but if not that’s okay too!

What I’m looking for:

- To share with 1-2 people. Im specifically looking for a room with an en-suite. Ideally it would be within a 30 minute walking commute to the station.
- Budget: Ideally £800/month including bills (can stretch to £900 for the right place).
- Move In Date: I’m available to move in very late August or very early September!

Currently looking at Leodis Square but open to other places too!

I’m looking for something homely, not just a place to sleep so if you’re down for some Mario Party or a board game night, we’ll get along great!
